CrewKPI is a software platform that helps home-service businesses manage their operations, including customer relationships, scheduling, team management, and payment processing. We provide tools to run your business more efficiently.
When you use CrewKPI, you're using our software to manage your business. We are not a bank, payment processor, or financial institution. We facilitate payments through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor.

CrewKPI uses Stripe Connect to process payments from your customers. Here's what you need to know:
To accept payments, you'll need to complete Stripe's onboarding process, which includes identity verification and connecting your bank account. CrewKPI facilitates this process but does not control Stripe's requirements or decisions.
You own all the data and content you upload to CrewKPI, including customer information, job records, and business data. We use this data to provide the service to you.

We work hard to keep CrewKPI running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will be available 100% of the time. We may need to perform maintenance, updates, or address technical issues.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice when possible.
CrewKPI is a subscription service. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.
If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be deactivated and you may lose access to your data.
We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle.
You agree to use CrewKPI only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

CrewKPI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewKPI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These terms apply to SMS text messages sent by CrewKPI, Inc. ("CrewKPI," "we," "us") to business contacts, as well as to messaging features available to CrewKPI subscribers. By receiving texts from CrewKPI or using SMS features in the platform, you agree to this section in addition to the rest of these Terms.
CrewKPI may send one-to-one SMS messages to business prospects regarding our software and services. Recipients may include commercial contacts at home-service and field-service businesses whose contact information was obtained from publicly available business listings, inbound inquiries, referrals, or verbal consent during an outbound business call.
Messages may include introductions, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, links to crewkpi.com, and callback phone numbers. Messages are not intended for consumers under 18 and are not age-gated content.
Message frequency varies. For CrewKPI outbound outreach, recipients typically receive a small number of messages over a short period (usually fewer than five per outreach sequence unless the conversation continues). Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability; not all carriers or devices support SMS.
You may opt out of CrewKPI outbound texts at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send a one-time confirmation and honor your request. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@crewkpi.com. Opting out of texts does not affect other communications you may receive from us by email or other channels.
If you use CrewKPI's phone or messaging features to text your customers, you are solely responsible for obtaining required consent, providing required disclosures, maintaining your own opt-out process, and complying with applicable laws (including TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier A2P 10DLC rules). CrewKPI provides tools but does not guarantee message delivery.
Our use of phone numbers in connection with text messaging is described in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment not to sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We may modify or discontinue any messaging program at any time. Material changes to these SMS terms will be posted on this page.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the service.
Continued use of CrewKPI after changes means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you should stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
