If you have an account, many features in CrewKPI include tooltips and help text. Look for the ℹ️ icon or question marks next to features for quick guidance.

Payment Support

CrewKPI uses Stripe Connect to process payments. Here's how to get help with payment-related issues:

Payment Processing Issues

If you're having trouble with payment processing, account verification, or payouts, you may need to contact Stripe directly:

CrewKPI can help with general questions about using payments in our platform, but Stripe handles the actual payment processing and account management.

Setting Up Payments

To enable payments in CrewKPI (if you have an account):

  1. Log in to your CrewKPI account
  2. Go to Sales → Financials → Payments
  3. Click "Enable Payments"
  4. Follow the Stripe onboarding process
  5. Complete business verification
  6. Connect your bank account

This process is handled by Stripe and typically takes 1-2 business days for verification.

Common Questions

How do I sign up for CrewKPI?

Visit our homepage and click "Sign Up" to create an account. You'll need to provide your business information and choose a subscription plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you have an account, you can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Billing & Plans. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Can I export my data?

Yes. If you have an account, you can export your data through your account settings. Contact support if you need help with a bulk export.

What happens if I forget my password?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. We'll send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. Payment data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

How does payment processing work?

CrewKPI facilitates payments through Stripe Connect. When customers pay you:

  • Stripe processes the payment (not CrewKPI)
  • Funds go directly to your connected bank account
  • CrewKPI never holds your money
  • Stripe charges standard processing fees
